Johns Hopkins University Nichols House

Home of the University President, the Johns Hopkins University Nichols House project is located on the Homewood campus in North Baltimore. Goals of the lighting design project were to enhance the historic gardens around the site, outdoor sculpture lighting, introduce higher light levels for security lighting purposes, and upgrade outdated technology with longlife, energy effi cient sources. Flux Studio role included concept design, budget oversight, project management, cost estimating, on-site coordination of installation, and focusing of adjustable luminaires.
