Baltimore, MD | 2008
This site-determined light art installation at Baltimore’s Meyerhoff Gallery explored the intervals between spatial and temporal events and their impact on viewers’ perception. This work comprised several simultaneous and overlapping components, which required direct sensory observation to be fully understood. These components included acrylic sunlight reflectors placed in windowsills, a theatrical projector aimed at the floor to reflect off its wax surface, LCD video projection aimed at an architectural void, a high-pressure sodium (HPS) light hanging from the ceiling, and exposed electrical cords throughout the installation.
